Contained in the TENANT SCREENING COMPLIANCE PACKAGE are all of the forms needed to conduct Tenant Screening in compliance with federal and/or state law.
1. Give the applicant the following disclosure forms:
- (a) A Summary of Your Rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- (b) For CA applicants only; The California Consumer Credit Reporting Act
2. Applicant signs the following two forms:
- (a) Rental Property Release Authorization
- (b) For CA applicants only, California Authorization to Verify
