1. Print the SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT, read and sign it. You’ll need Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Reader to open the file. Below is a link for a free copy of Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Reader. Then fax the completed form back to HireSafe at: 916 226-2552
2. We will then e-mail back your User ID number and all the needed compliance and disclosure forms.
3. Distribute the supplied disclosures to your applicant, and have them sign the Release Authorization.
4. Then order on-line from our secured website.

The FBI provides to law enforcement ONLY the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) which is authorized to be used only during the investigation of a crime. Criminal records for employment suitability evaluation purposes can only be found on a county by county, or state by state basis.
