NOTE: A Non-Negative (Presumed Positive) instant drug test administered by an employer is required to be re-tested under authorized laboratory conditions utilizing the GC/MS confirmation process. A Non-Negative result from the Instant On-Site Oral requires that the device be sent by courier to the testing laboratory. The cost for the laboratory service including second-day delivery is $39.00 per test. Shipping materials are provided for your convenience. Depending upon the final results of the testing, a Medical Review Officer possibly would be consulted with a fee of $35.00. Results will be provided within 48 hours of receipt of the specimen.

How to use the Instant On-Site Oral test device:
Steps #1 and 2: Insert the oral swab in the mouth for 3 minutes.
Step #3: Place the swab in the collection chamber for 1 minute, turning the dial
90 degrees clockwise to lock the chamber.
Step #4: Rotate the collection chamber 90 degrees counterclockwise.
Step #5: Wait 9 minutes and read the results.
Step #6: If the results are positive, remove collector from the device and
secure the reservoir with tamper evident tape. Send the device to the laboratory
for retesting.
